AVAILABLE GUITARS: These instruments will consist of tonal and aesthetic schemes created by Stefan and will be distinctive and extremely limited. The guitar will be listed for sale with specifications and photo, and will be available immediately. An e-mail notification of the exclusively available guitars will be sent to our existing customers as well as potential customers who have signed up for our mailing list announcing when a guitar will be made available. No alterations of any type will be offered on these instruments. Availability will be limited, and is on a first come basis. Click here for a listing of the current availible guitars. METHODS OF PAYMENT: SHIPPING: A signature is required when receiving your instrument and shipping charges, including special handling and declared value are the responsibilities of the customer. All shipments are FOB Windham, NH. If you are shipping a guitar to D'Pergo Guitars, we recommend purchasing insurance for the declared value through UPS, or a separate policy, such as homeowners insurance or specific insurance for your instrument. |

CUSTOM ORDERS: Design Consultation: If you would like to discuss a custom order, but are not immediately placing the order, the non-refundable consultation fee is $300 which will be applied towards the deposit when your order is placed. Custom Order Terms: The custom Build Sheet documents your preferences and options in addition to Stefan's recommendations. This Build Sheet will be sent to you for review. It must be signed and returned to us to begin work on your order. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your custom order time. When the 50% deposit is received, time and materials will be allotted for your guitar, not prior to that time. If there are any changes that affect pricing, the difference will be reflected in the balance due. All sales are final. If you choose not to move forward immediately with your custom order, we will keep your Build Sheet and consultation notes on file for one year and will apply the $300 towards your deposit at the time your order is placed. Upon completion of your consultation, Build Sheet, and receipt of deposit, you will receive an approximate delivery date. The completion date of your instrument is something we try to stay extremely close to. If your order is completed early, the balance is due upon request. The balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping. CHANGES TO CUSTOM ORDERS: SCHEDULING AND LEAD TIMES: |
